FUN operates as an organisation, registered with the corporate Affairs commission as BBSBC Educational services in 2013 to carry out educational training and sales services to provides a high-quality, online virtual education inspired by the demands for the new world order of education. We assesses and evaluates all aspects of our academic structure on an ongoing basis inline with the accrediting standards of the National University Commission and other global accrediting agencies.
Students are required to register for courses within three weeks of resumption. A student who does not register within the stipulated period will not be allowed to attend any of the scheduled classes, or take examination and assessments.
We take attendance from online lectures, monthly seminars, practical and training and it is mandatory for all students. Every student is required to make a minimum of 75% attendance before he/she is allowed to sit for the semester examination. Any student with a record of less than 75% attendance may be disqualified from sitting for the examination of that semester. The system have been programme to take records of student’s logins to the online campus and lecture area and output it as attendance.
This is in accordance with National University Commission (NUC) regulation which is 70% from semester’s exams and 30% from tests and TMAs (Tutor Marked Assignments)
At Free University of Nigeria, student’s enrollment comes with scholarship therefore, you do not need to apply for a separate scholarship scheme to access our tutorials.
